After studying Bio chemistry at Durham University, in the hope to one day achieve “Mad Professor” status, Jo decided to take a few years out of the world of medicine and travel America. She lived on Vancouver Island and in Whistler, Canada for a few years, before returning to her original home in The Lake District. Her passion for travel and tourism took over her love for science. Not many people have the opportunity on a daily basis to drive through the fells and mountains and along the magical lakes that I do during my working day, visiting some of the Districts most desirable properties. She states she works with the best team in the world and wouldn’t want to swap any of them. At weekends Jo likes to spend time with her husband Paul and dog Rupert visiting various pubs in towns, villages and cities throughout the British Isles.
